Today is the Day of Turning point in Rise of Islam which changed the course of World History including India.

The Battle of Badr (Arabic: غزوة بدر), fought on Saturday, 13 March 624 CE (17 Ramadan, 2 AH in the Islamic calendar) in the Hejaz region of western Arabia (present-day Saudi Arabia), was a key battle in the early days of Islam and a turning point in Muhammad’s struggle with his opponents among the Quraish in Mecca. The battle has been passed down in Islamic history as a decisive victory attributable to divine intervention, or by secular sources to the strategic genius of Muhammad. It is one of the few battles specifically mentioned in the Quran. Most contemporary knowledge of the battle at Badr comes from traditional Islamic accounts, both hadiths and biographies of Muhammad, recorded in written form some time after the battle.

Today is Death Anniversary of
Nana Phadnavis (also Fadanvis and abbreviated as Phadnis) (February 12, 1742– March 13, 1800), born Balaji Janardan Bhanu, was an influential minister and statesman of the Maratha Empire during the Peshwa administration in Pune, India. James Grant Duff states that he was called “the Maratha Machiavelli” by the Europeans.

एक बार एक चीनी , एक पाकिस्तानी और एक भारतीय अरब देश में
शराब पीते हुए पकड़े गए,
इसके लिए वहां की सरकार ने उन्हें 20-20 कोड़े मारने
की सजा सुनाई ,
सजा से पहले जेलर ने कहा की “ आज मेरी बेगम की सालगिरह है और
वो चाहती है की अपनी सजा से पहले तुम लोग एक एक मन्नत मांग
लो ”…….
चीनी ने कहा की मेरी पीठ पर एक तकिया बाँध दिया जाये… लेकिन
तकिया ज्यादा देर तक नही टिका 5 कोड़ो में फट गया और उसे 15
कोड़े अपनी पीठ पर ही खाने …पड़े….
पाकिस्तानी ये देखकर डर गया और बोला की मेरी पीठ पर 2 तकिये
बाँधे जाएँ… .लेकिनवो भी ज्यादा देर नही चले और उसे 10 कोड़े
अपनी पीठ पर खाने पड़े …….
जब भारतीय की बारी आई तो जेलर ने कहा की तुम दुनिया के बेहद
खूबसूरत देश से आये हो जो अपनी वीरता के लिए जाना जाता है ,
तुम एक नही दो मन्नत मांग सकते हो.
भारतीय ने सर उठाकर बहुत नरमी से कहा में आपका एहतराम
करता हूँ और इस नवाजिश के बदले 20 नही , 100 कोड़ों की मांग
करता हूँ….
जेलर ने आश्चर्यचकित होते हुए पूछा की तुम्हारी दूसरी ख्वाहिश
क्या है ?
भारतीय ने फिर से सर उठाकर मुस्कराते हुए कहा ……
मेरी दूसरी ख्वाहिश ये है की ………..मेरीपीठ पर
पाकिस्तानी को बाँध
दिया जाये!!
MORAL :—> बाप तो बाप ही रहता है.
